SlugBug
Both the SlugBug Elite and SlugBug Lite use a scientific research grade neuron board. Neurons can be coupled to form Central Pattern Generator Networks.
The Neuron Board uses Spiking Neurons. Two neurons were coupled using reciprocol inhibition to generate the traces above. Notice that the neuron bursting exhibits spike frequency adaptation, a property of real neurons.
