Iguana Researchers Awarded Best Paper Award
Drs. Ralph Etienne-Cummings, Philippe Pouliquen and M. Anthony Lewis have recieved a Best Paper Award for their publication
"A Vision Chip for Color Segmentation and Pattern Matching" published in EURASIP JASP 2003.
This chip represents a landmark in compact vision processing. The researchers have demonstrated complex color image processing in a single chip. This device can recognize colors and places based on the statistics of color and other features.
